Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Eligible items must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- All accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase is provided
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only return manufacturing defect in product or wrong item dispatched to customer so in this conditions we replace the old item with new item to customer.
In any other Reason We will not return product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once sale items.
Exchanges
We have a 7-days exchange policy after received your order.
We exchange our product only if you received different product compare to your ordered product model.
First customer have to contact Acquaset team for this issue than check and approved by team for exchange.
After exchange approved first customer has to send product by courier service to Acquaset company address.
After your product receive to company we will initiate exchange your product with new product.
Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalized products, clearance items, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items or incorrect orders. If you need a different size, finish, or model, please contact us.

The exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 10 days after receive product.
We will cover return shipping costs for defective items or our errors. For other exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
